If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

To Start a Return:
Email us at heathalo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide the return address and next steps.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Exclusions:

• Used or damaged items

• Products returned without original box/adapters

• Any item postmarked after 30 days
